Veritas Press is a Christian organization dedicated to providing the best classical Christian education materials and services anywhere. We are in need of a Manager of Diploma Services to manage our online K-12 school's (Veritas Scholars Academy, VSA) full-time Diploma Program and its academic advisors in service to VSA’s full-time families and their students.

Some Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Academic Advisors – Recruit, train, evaluate performance, and support daily operations, ensuring exceptional service to families.
  • Support Course Planning – Assist Advisors in course planning, consultation reviews, and help with difficult academic cases.
  • Track and Analyze KPIs – Monitor and review key performance indicators to assess and improve advising services.
  • Conduct Meetings and Training – Lead monthly Advisor meetings, update training materials, and facilitate back-to-school seminars.
  • Coordinate with School Leadership – Attend weekly and monthly meetings with leadership and consultants to ensure program alignment.
  • Oversee Student Transitions – Manage Advisor assignments, withdrawals, and reassignment requests per set parameters.
  • Supervise Diploma Program – Manage and coordinate communication, documentation, and contribute to Diploma-related events like graduation and the virtual college fair.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Conversant with and supportive of the Reformed faith and classical Christian education
  2. Skilled in effective, winsome communication via phone and email
  3. Understanding of VSA curriculum and services
  4. Understanding of VSA graduation requirements
  5. Is energized by interactions with students and families
  6. Works diligently day to day under direct and indirect supervision
  7. Three years’ experience in an educational environment in an administrative role
  8. Minimum two years’ experience as a teacher

Physical Demands:

  1. Standing, walking and sitting for long periods of time
  2. Extensive typing on QWERTY style keyboard
  3. Extensive viewing of lighted computer monitor
  4. Speaking and hearing
  5. Reaching and bending
  6. Using hands to perform tasks

Education:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  2. An advanced degree is highly desirable.
